jolie 389349c35d Remove SCREEN_LOGDIR from devstack install setting 
Screen support has been completely removed from devstack.
So we should remove this setting.

It contains tempest plugin tests for Cinder.

Please fill here a long description which must be at least 3 lines wrapped on 80 cols, so that distribution package maintainers can use it in their packages. Note that this is a hard requirement.
