Ivan Kolodyazhny 193d91282a Add psycopg2 and PyMySQL to test-requirements 
Both PyMySQL and psycopg2 are needed to test migration scripts on gates.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
