whoami-rajat 33e4876954 Fix: storage_pools key in Huawei Driver 
The storage pools key is written as storage_pool while
getting the info from conf.
This patch renames the key to storage_pools.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
