Walter A. Boring IV 3632173486 Allow host and instance_uuid at attach 
This patch removes the restriction on passing both
host name and instance_uuid during os-attach call.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started
