Mark McClain cc0003c3ad default ARISTA_REGION_NAME to REGION_NAME ... For most cases, the default devstack value for REGION_NAME is sufficient for our uses. The separate values are provided for instances when a single CVX instance is supporting multiple devstack installations (ie CI testing).
