Clark Boylan 842ac82d65 Retire devstack gate This "removes" devstack-gate content in order to retire it. Devstack grew the ability to bootstrap its own CI environments using ansible and no longer needs devstack-gate. Part of the motivation for this chagne is that it will help us in our quest to remove old Ubuntu Xenial test nodes from the CI system as devstack-gate still relies on them. This project is no longer maintained.

The contents of this repository are still available in the Git source code management system. To see the contents of this repository before it reached its end of life, please check out the previous commit with "git checkout HEAD^1".

Devstack is now capable of bootstrapping itself in CI environments using ansible playbooks and roles. You should not need devstack-gate to act as a driver.
