Code Issues Proposed changes

Use the source-repository interface. 

Use the new source-repository interface to git clone
source repository.

Also there was a few thing in this element that needed to be fixed.
o url to the git repo wasn't curren't.
o pip and git are also dependencies that needed to be installed.
