This commit addresses follow-up comments on
I1ffb832ebab009b2d77a46e6c8fc758dd9632359. The change
is to delete get-pip.py immediately after installing pip.

ironic-agent

Build ramdisk with ironic-python-agent. Works only on Fedora, therefore fedora element is mandatory.
