Code Issues Proposed changes

Add visual clues for mandatory fields in actions 

Add * to mandatory fields, usually django forms handle this
but, in freezer-web-ui the rules for mandatory fields varies for
each mode and action, so the implementation has to be manually

Implements: blueprint mandatory-clues
