Trinh Nguyen 6066811d43 Update placeholder text of the searchbar 
The placeholder text of the searchbar, "Click here for filters",
makes users unaware that they could also do full text search.
It was suggested to change it to
"Click here for filters or full text search"

Translation of the text needs to be updated via
https://translate.openstack.org
