Community-maintained drivers that do not have CI testing will also be removed
from the ironic source tree.
From Newton feature freeze forward, all new ironic drivers must show that they
have a system performing CI testing and meet all infra [3] and ironic
requirements in order to land code into the ironic tree. Drivers in progress
before Newton feature freeze have until Newton feature freeze to meet these
requirements. CI testing does not need to be shown in order to propose a
driver spec, but must be in place before landing code.
