Boris Bobrov 06421ebd87 Add list_limit to the white list for configs in db 
There is a list of options that are allowed to be stored in the
database. list_limit was not there. Now it is.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
