Lance Bragstad 07a66b9c2e Mark the implied role API as stable This API has been in keystone for a long time and we never updated it to stable, yet we treat it like a stable API. This change updates the JSON home document to reflect that. OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
