Steve Martinelli 71cde670d5 Use sha512.hash() instead of .encrypt() 
Now that we have switched to passlib 1.7.0, remove the temporary
workaround and use the new function.

OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
