Add --gateway to README network create examples
The --gateway parameter needs to be passed to docker network create when using kuryr-libnetwork. This changes updates the README to consistently use --gateway in its examples. Change-Id: I9dd02f5df6d9886fe5e6c1365843bac5ad62e0c7 Closes-Bug: #1653178
