Thomas Bechtold 551e92f216 Drop run_tests.sh and tools/colorizer.py 
The CI is not using run_tests.sh so I assume people do not use it
either.
tools/colorizer.py is only used by run_tests.sh so remove this as
well.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
