Thomas Bechtold a0b9de9b01 Remove deprecated WritableLogger 
WritableLogger from oslo.log is deprecated and with eventlet >= 0.17.2
we can directly pass the logger instance.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.

Getting Started
