Good catch! Proves that the core team uses API/CLI directly without dashboard. 😄

Could you create a bug report as well as create a release note? (I can help with the release note) And then link the bug report in here as well. Also mention, in the commit message, the relevant change ( https://review.opendev.org/q/I9c591d33f17a8d5950bdb1fc2d686e2301fc6d95 ) that introduced this issue.

One comment on the change approach - the dashboard plugin should just list nova compute services directly instead of hypervisors. Similarly, we should rename hypervisors to "compute service hosts" to avoid confusion.
