ryan-brandt 7adb778ad4 Add option for metric type annotation ... annotation is monasca.io/metric_types and expects a dictionary key=metric_name, value=desired metric type. Accepted values are rate and counter, default is gauge. For rate and counter, the metric name will be appended with "_rate" and "_counter" respectively.
