Craig Bryant c400895872 Fix NullPointerExceptions in MetricFilteringBolt ... This happened because MetricDefinitionAndTenantIdMatcher wasn't handling the same Alarm Definition being added. This happens because there are multiple MetricFilteringBolts using the same MetricDefinitionAndTenantIdMatcher.
