If you have 2 apps, both of which require the same image, importing these
apps can cause this image to be downloaded twice. This situation occurs,
because image hash is not available until the moment glance downloads it.
It produces a situation, when there are two images with the same name
(but with different hashes). If image name is written in the app
definition, heat would not be able to create the template, based on that definition.
