Kirill Zaitsev 0d1c6bdaa9 Install all dashboard/panel files from murano-dashboard
Previously murano only had _50_murano.py dashboard file. This is about
to change, to allow more granular configuration of murano and
app-catalog panels/dashboards. This commit prepares devstack to
accommodate upcoming change.
This commit also rewrites install section of murano-dashboard, to group
all copy commands under the same code block while also grouping pre/post
Newton installation instructions and removing some of the redundant code
(some of the local settings are already present in _50_murano.py in
Newton)

Enabling in Devstack

  1. Download DevStack:

    git clone https://git.openstack.org/openstack-dev/devstack
    cd devstack
  2. Edit local.conf to enable murano devstack plugin:

    > cat local.conf
    [[local|localrc]]
    enable_plugin murano git://git.openstack.org/openstack/murano
  3. If you want Murano Cloud Foundry Broker API service enabled, add the following line to local.conf:

    enable_service murano-cfapi
  4. If you want to use Glare Artifact Repository as a strorage for packages, add the following line to local.conf:

    enable_service g-glare

For more information on how to use Glare Artifact Repository, see glare_usage.

  5. (Optional) To import Murano packages when DevStack is up, define an ordered list of packages FQDNs in local.conf. Make sure to list all package dependencies. These packages will by default be imported from the murano-apps git repository.

    Example:

    MURANO_APPS=io.murano.apps.apache.Tomcat,io.murano.apps.Guacamole

You can also use the variables MURANO_APPS_REPO and MURANO_APPS_BRANCH to configure the git repository which will be used as the source for the imported packages.

  6. Install DevStack:

    ./stack.sh
