Hongbin Lu b949913836 Fix the extension list across jobs 
Currently, some jobs have their own list of extensions and
the list is repeated and out-of-sync across jobs.
This commit sync up and sort the extension list across jobs by adding
some missing extensions.

In particular, the change of extension lists are as following:
* Sort each extension list by alphabet
* In job 'neutron-tempest-plugin-api-queens'
  + port-security-groups-filtering
  + qos-fip
* In job 'neutron-tempest-plugin-scenario-linuxbridge-queens'
  + dns-domain-ports
  - port-security-groups-filtering
* In job 'neutron-tempest-plugin-scenario-linuxbridge-rocky'
  + empty-string-filtering
  + port-mac-address-regenerate
  + standard-attr-segment
* In job 'neutron-tempest-plugin-scenario-linuxbridge'
  + empty-string-filtering
  + port-mac-address-regenerate
  + standard-attr-segment
  + uplink-status-propagation
* In job 'neutron-tempest-plugin-dvr-multinode-scenario'
  + dns-domain-ports
  + filter-validation
  + port-mac-address-regenerate
  + uplink-status-propagation
