Xing Yang 96bb7f9a20 Add os-brick based LibvirtVolumeDriver for ScaleIO ... This patch adds a shim LibvirtScaleIOVolumeDriver calling the os-brick library. Both ScaleIO Cinder driver and ScaleIO connector driver in os-brick were merged.
