When creating a snapshot of a server using the nova API, failure occurs if the image contains the metadata property "version". This was due to the way that the GlanceClientWrapper.call() function signature was structured. This patch forces all client positional args to be passed as a named "args" argument to the call() function and all client named args to be pass as a named "kwargs" argument to the call() function. This eliminates any argument name-shadowing that previously caused issues. Closes-bug: #1717547 Change-Id: I3ed3303309fe2a25c0043fd206f36bada4b3b8f9 |

In the unfortunate event that bugs are discovered, they should be reported to the appropriate bug tracker. If you obtained the software from a 3rd party operating system vendor, it is often wise to use their own bug tracker for reporting problems. In all other cases use the master OpenStack bug tracker, available at:
Developers
For information on how to contribute to Nova, please see the contents of the CONTRIBUTING.rst.
