Dmitriy Rabotyagov d7a4ff5a6a Set UCA repo to Victoria 
Since UCA provides V only for 20.04, we are not able to provide
distro installs for 18.04
Still we're leaving UCA fixed to U for bionic to get required KVM
libraries and other dependencies.

OpenStack-Ansible openstack_hosts

Role for basic setup and configuration of a host machine for use within OpenStack. This role tunes a host to receive OpenStack. The basic operations within the role install, set up, and tune specific kernel options that all OpenStack hosts need to perform nominally.
