Role openstack_hosts for OpenStack-Ansible

Markos Chandras e55e9e82e3 Add SUSE support
Add support for SUSE based distributions. We also mark CentOS7 as
supported distribution. Finally, we update the bindep.txt, run_tests.sh
and Vagrantfile files from the openstack-ansible-tests repository.

OpenStack-Ansible openstack_hosts

Role for basic setup and configuration of a host machine for use within OpenStack. This role tunes a host to receive OpenStack. The basic operations within the role install, set up, and tune specific kernel options that all OpenStack hosts need to perform nominally.
