Paul Martin 0087026132 Prevent using spice console on arm64 
Currently there is no support for vnc or spice consoles on
arm64 architecture.  Set the default to be serialconsole.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:
  • nova-api
  • nova-conductor
  • nova-scheduler
  • nova-console
  • nova-compute
