Charles Farquhar 5233a587f2 Add support for swift3 middleware ... This commit adds support for the swift3 middware, which allows S3-compatible clients to use swift for object storage. The backport was modified slighly from the master commit to use `stable/ocata` for `swift_git_install_branch`.
