Scott Hussey 0be9b28f60 (postgres) Fix deployment for prometheus exporter 
- The deployment resource for the prometheus exporter was missing
  the required (by apps/v1) field spec.selector. Add it.

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
