[glossary] Add 2023.1 Antelope 

2023.1 Antelope is the name for the 27th release, add it to Glossary.

code. The release number will be the primary identifier:
`"year"."release count within the year"` and the name will be
used mostly for marketing purposes. The first such release will
be: 2023.1 Antelope.
Wallaby was the first code name choosen by a new policy: Code
names are choosen by the community following the alphabet, for
