Update git submodules 

* Update pyeclib from branch 'master'
  to 97aa0f90c9f0ea8ddd9cefecd8bd5f43bea380e2
  - Merge "Switch from yasm to nasm"
  - Switch from yasm to nasm
    
    ... and build it from source so we can build latest ISA-L
    (otherwise, the version shipped by some distros would
    complain about a %use directive).
