Update git submodules 

* Update openstack-ansible-os_nova from branch 'master'
  to 20e83153bb27ceef7c860526c5b838d2fc8a711b
  - Merge "Drop until-complete  flag for db purge"
  - Drop until-complete  flag for db purge
    
    Flag --until-complete is not valid for the nova-manage db purge command,
    it is working only for archive_deleted_rows [1]. Suposedly it was a
    copy/paste mistake to keep the flag in place.
