Update git submodules 

* Update glance from branch 'master'
  to b8375913bf7645d13ba0b8360453527e151c4bdf
  - Merge "Replace remaining usage of [DEFAULT] sql_connection"
  - Replace remaining usage of [DEFAULT] sql_connection
    
    The previous attempt[1] was incomplete and these was still one usage
    left. The deprecated alias was removed from oslo.db[2] and no longer
    works.
