Update git submodules 

* Update cinder from branch 'master'
  to 22ef0433ef3ddee96ea812a5cd48c275e8043212
  - Merge "Nimble: Enable thin provisioning as default"
  - Nimble: Enable thin provisioning as default
    
    Since the value of flag ``thin_provisioning_support`` is not set;
    during create volume, by default thick volumes are created.
    
    This patch changes default behaviour to create thin volumes;
    which is in line with Nimble CLI behaviour.
