Update git submodules 

* Update openstacksdk from branch 'master'
  to 03cf733959abdac3202b623d7730ec7b09d5971a
  - Merge "Rework caching"
  - Rework caching
    
    Replace caching solution:
    - cache on the proxy layer (API communication)
    - support caching all GET calls
    - add possibility to bypass cache (important for _wait_for_ operations)
