Update git submodules 

* Update glance-specs from branch 'master'
  to b8c8227e29df2ae8ab23d465b03630193c8e340a
  - Expose store specific information
    
    This patch adds a spec for exposing the store specific information
    for optimizing upload volume to image operation from cinder rbd
    backend to glance rbd backend.
    
    Implements: blueprint expose-store-specific-info
