Update git submodules 

* Update openstack-ansible-os_swift from branch 'master'
  to a1205ca3a9e8f0fb587691c3842b285f9be157f9
  - Remove references to unsupported operating systems
    
    All references to Gentoo, SUSE, Debian stretch and Centos-7  are removed.
    Conditional tasks, ternary operators and variables are simplified where possible
    OS specific variables files are generalised where possible
