Alter horizon.yaml to get screenshots copied. 

Currently gate-horizon-dsvm-integration job marked UNSTABLE.

Previous patches tried to copy files using Jenkins,
which caused error. This patch copies the files to the workspace so 
Jenkins can copy them.
