The new ``keystone::bootstrap::bootstrap`` parameter has been added, to

disable ``keystone-manage bootstrap`` command. This is useful to generate
|

``/etc/keystone/puppet.conf`` on multiple nodes while running bootstrap

|
command on a single node.
