zengyingzhe 6fcf1e82a8 Fix environment files parsing bug for stack-adopt 
Should use process_multiple_environments_and_files
to parse the environment file arguments instead.

OpenStack Orchestration API Client Library

This is a client library for Heat built on the Heat orchestration API. It provides a Python API (the heatclient module) and a command-line tool (heat).
