Ghanshyam Mann cd7a79e965 Update python classifier in setup.cfg 
As per the current release tested runtime, we test
till python 3.11 so updating the same in python
classifier in setup.cfg

Python bindings to the OpenStack Compute API

Latest Version

This is a client for the OpenStack Compute API. It provides a Python API (the novaclient module) and a deprecated command-line script (nova). The Python API implements 100% of the OpenStack Compute API.
