Chris Jones 81c403a607 Fix fencing action parameter name. 
We now call the tripleo-common mistral action with the correct IPMI
level parameter name.

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
