Carlos Camacho f307dd7dae Add --stack to update, upgrade and ffwd-upgrade 'run' CLI. 
We need to be able to define the stack name if it
is different than 'overcloud', for the ansible inventory
used with the upgrade playbooks.

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
