Alex Schultz fd7f4ec14a Additional resource cleanup 
These resources were previously not properly closed when leading to
ResourceWarnings being printed to the end user.

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
