Harry Rybacki 2367ff2f42 Remove hardcoded instances of `stack` from roles We are moving away from hardcoding the stack user and opting to replace it with `undercloud_user` and `non_root_user` as appropriate to increase flexibility of OOOQ and OOOQ-Extras. Role Name

This role, virthost-full-cleanup, will remove any known tripleo related rpms from the system and remove libvirt. This role is destructive and will remove ALL libvirt guests. This is done to ensure a clean starting point for deployments.
