Patch Set 2:

@chmouel yes as I said in a preview comment it would be great to only work on a subset by looping over the container content (like you said too). But the problem is how to compute the diff and delete_diff based on subsets from both side ?
Anyway what do you think ? I open an other bug concerning the memory consumption ? And we merge this patch ?
