Thanks a lot for your contribution.
I have reworked the commit logs for your to make it a bit more concise and explain what it does.
Just a note for the future, usually you would want to break down with different patches. For example have the PEP8 fixes in one review and the one that add the feature in a following review (you can chain reviews in gerrit), but that's just fine like this now.
It would be nice if we could have some tests testing the reverse feature properly,
