Paul Belanger 331004a911 Stop testing on ubuntu-xenial
We can drop xenial support as bionic is stable, this also saves us some
CI resources.

Ansible role to manage Logrotate

Description

Logrotate is designed to ease administration of systems that generate large numbers of log files. It allows automatic rotation, compression, removal, and mailing of log files. Each log file may be handled daily, weekly, monthly, or when it grows too large.

Package repository index files should be up to date before using this role, we do not manage them.
