Patch Set 4:

(1) Danube will use Newton
(2) Gluon Plugin and Proton server are installed in Controller. So etcd needs to be in Controller where Gluon and Proton are installed. Each Shim Layer will get update from etcd. So etcd cluster also includes the nodes where Shim Layers are running.
(3) Proton/HA and DB HA haven't been implemented yet. So you may install Gluon and Proton on one Controller node. And install etcd on this Controller node too. Because other Controller nodes don't have Gluon and Proton, you don't install etcd there either.
